For the 7th year in a row, David was invited to speak to the Vietnamese Mission Summer Camp. This year for the very first time it was held on their own, newly acquired premises in Halle, near Leipzig, former East Germany. They purchased the property as a ruin, and with their own hands renovated it!

Six hundred Vietnamese from all over Europe registered for the Conference. David spoke on three topics, each developing out of the other:
You are born into a powerful new life - 3 things to make you strong.
You must grow up - you can work miracles!
Commissioned to go out!

When David had finished speaking the final message, he called forward everyone who would pledge to go back to communist controlled Vietnam as missionaries and evangelists: 200-300 came forward to be commissioned!
