During August our staff in Israel offered prayers, made visits, had fellowship, and supplied humanitarian aid to many Russian Holocaust Survivors and their families living in Israel. The food which is supplied through your generous support, provides a wonderful opportunity to reach people’s hearts, to share with them the love of God. In this tough period, when all the world is trembling, these acts of love and kindness are winning many to Christ.
What makes our work in Israel so special and unique is the full-time spiritual care and support shown by our devoted staff; if they are unable to make personal visits because of Covid-19 restrictions, we communicate with them by phone. With God’s help, and through the comfort of the Holy Spirit, hundreds of people are free of fear and have received the grace of our Lord in their lives.
We are doing much more than just sharing social aid, caring for people’s physical needs. We share Jesus.
I wait quietly before God, for my victory comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken. (Psalm 62:1-2, NLT)
