During October our ministry in Israel visited many sick people, some of whom have severe diseases which means they are unable to communicate, whilst others are housebound because of mobility problems. Our representatives pray for them and share the love of Christ in word and deed.
One of the survivors we visited this month, Leonid Brenstein, is a former prisoner of the ghetto, who now lives in the city of Haifa. Not so long ago, Leonid fell and badly injured his back. At the time we gave him gifts and prayed for his healing. On our next visit, he felt much better. Every time we visit, our staff pray with him, and his mobility improves. For us, it is a pleasure to assist him - his family live far away, so our staff cares for him like he is part of their family. Leonid is very grateful to Eurovision, for providing such amazing and selfless help and being able to visit people like him.
Leonid is one of many elderly survivors we support each month.
