Crisis – Crisis! There has never been a greater need than now to both act and pray! As we look at the desperate situation in Ukraine and now Israel, both are involving a much wider impact on the West. Either or both of these scenarios can lead to a third world war, or a total impasse, as neither Israel nor Ukraine can afford to lose. Israel is getting closer to its prophetic conclusion by the hour!
All the signs are of the possibility of the Rapture drawing nearer. The Bible predicts the signs – the frequency and impact of earthquakes, the rapid changes in weather patterns, with floods on one side and drought on another, and massive raging fires in several countries, bigger than normal. The Bible speaks of these, and signs in the heavens.
I accept the negative causes and effects of climate change, but I do believe that there are two positive certainties: The first is that during earth’s history it has faced extreme ice ages and extreme heat and survived. The second is that Jesus is returning to rule the world, He is in ultimate control of the weather and the conditions necessary to return the world to the state that it was in when it was known as the ‘Garden of Eden’, before man’s fall. So, because I know that God is in complete control of past, present and future, I trust His control more than the scientists’ dire predictions.
The emphasis of the teaching both of Jesus and the Apostles is clear what we must do about it: Many of the invited guests do not enter the ‘wedding feast’ of Heaven, but we are called and instructed to go into the highways and byways and compel sinners to come into the Kingdom! We must use every means possible to rescue the lost right up to the end! God’s call on my life was to evangelise the former Soviet Union. Starting in the 1960s I covered Russia and all the East European countries, firstly under communism, then following my extremely prophetic East/West Conferences in Germany (1988-1992), as Europe opened up, I invested all my time and efforts in the East, and we saw a massive Holy Ghost Revival sweep from East to West! This was in effect fulfilment of Hudson Taylor’s prophecy in 1889! But it is not finished yet. Central Asia, which was under Soviet control for 70 years, and under Russian control from the mid-1800s, and before that under the yoke of Islam, is now slowly coming free, as God moves in the Holy Spirit’s Power; here an even greater revival is beginning!
Our Spring 2024 edition of Prophetic Vision magazine will powerfully demonstrate how for over 70 years God has, through the Holy Spirit, directed my ministry strategically and prophetically to be in the right place at the right time. It’s not just in relatively recent years, the strategic importance of the timing of my call to Siberia in the 1990s, nor the strategic importance of my evangelism in Ukraine, leading to the Days of Prayer to unite the nation before Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022… In this edition of the magazine, you will read what God showed me prophetically, in the first days and years after the fall of the Soviet Union, about Russia, Ukraine and Europe. You will read how, in the mid-1980s, God showed me the Iron Curtain would fall. But go further back, why, when I desperately wanted to attend that Conference on the Day of Pentecost in Jerusalem in 1961, instead of asking God for the money for the air ticket, I so foolishly and dangerously decided to attempt the overland journey by road through the Iron Curtain countries and down through the hostile Arab nations. Without this I would never have become involved either with Israel or the former USSR.
Now, why is it that God has turned my attention to Central Asia – at this specific time?! But the Holy Spirit who has directed me ever since I surrendered total control of my life age 15, is controlling me now! And by faith I am moving in anticipation of seeing the Power and the Glory of God in greater demonstration than anything before. Recently I was on my prayer mountain in Austria and God spoke to me clearly, answering my questions and confirming His promises. It was on the same mountains that 35 years ago while praying early one morning, God challenged me to hold the first big evangelism in Kyiv – this was the move that sparked off the revival in Ukraine! Here, on my mountain, today, just like Moses, God reveals His Plan. All I have to do is act in faith as He leads, step by step.
It is significant that while November and December will see powerful evangelism both in Georgia and Ukraine, prayer is dominating November. On 1st November I fly to Armenia to lead prayer for the nation. Armenia has for centuries been the victim of ethnic cleansing/genocide at the hands of Islam. The pastors are challenging me to evangelise now before it is too late! Then I fly home fresh from the frontline for a day of prayer on November 11th in Gatwick, England before going to the German Day of Prayer in Essen, November 18/19. Then back home briefly before flying to Georgia for evangelism in Moslem-dominated Batumi, with the backing of the government. Then home briefly, before returning to Ukraine to an urgent Day of Prayer in West Ukraine and meet members of the government, December 13-20th.
These schedules would be exhausting for a 60-year-old, with overnight travel, preaching and encouraging the struggling ‘younger’ leaders. Part of the evidence of God’s clear calling and anointing on my life is that I can do all this aged 91!! And I will not stop or drop until Jesus comes to rescue me!
We desperately need your support: as the demands for evangelism are increasing, we struggle to cover the costs. I am rejected in the UK because of my age, but in Central Asia and Ukraine they need and respect my years of experience. The KGB officer who monitored my recent meetings in Kyrgyzstan was amazed that I could hold the attention of 2,000 young people for over an hour, and that they all responded to my message, coming forward to experience the anointing. Even he came forward! He told me that he wanted to spend a day with me to learn my secret!
Register with our office to our Day of Prayer on Saturday 11th November in the Holiday Inn at Gatwick airport, starting at 10.00am with worship until 11.00am when I start speaking, finishing at 5.00pm. Accommodation is available in the Holiday Inn or other cheaper hotels but book for yourself and come while you have the chance. I will be fresh from Armenia with a clear prophetic message for these last days. Especially now with Israel at war – the atrocities perpetrated by Hamas are totally demonic. If hell is worse than Hamas, then you and I together must do everything to rescue the lost.
Our prayers are with Israel. We are in contact with Pastors we know personally in Ashkelon and Ashdod where help is needed most.

Recently we organised a meeting with chaplains from all Ukraine, some even came from the frontline, to receive encouragement and fellowship, to be built up spiritually and physically, before going back to fight.
