We need to be more like Elijah. We have a prayer-answering God, but do we really believe Him? Do you want to see revival? All God needs is one man or woman who can pray like Elijah, who can believe like Jesus said. Do you know what the spirit of Elijah is? To me it is the power that a man can have with God. If you knew the power that you can have, you can call down fire from Heaven, see a nation repent in a day, command the rain to come and it will – that’s the power that God has given you. Lessons from 70 years of ministry: 'For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance.' (Part 10)
The shocking Power of God
God’s Power is without limit. The same God who will heal the sick can calm the raging storm; with Him absolutely nothing is impossible. Ephesians talks about the surpassing greatness of His Power which is available to those who believe (1:19). When I had cancer, God healed me; when I was in prison, God set me free! - It all begins when we believe.
Bible Promises
There are many wonderful promises in the Bible. YOU - can claim those promises for your own life! They were not given to just a small group of people, these promises are for you. I want them to become part of your life. These are great and precious promises: promises which reveal the heart of God toward us.
The Power of Faith and Authority
Do you want to know the secret of an overcoming victorious life in Jesus? In Matthew 8 when Jesus healed the centurion’s servant, he spoke with Jesus about the power of faith and authority. When you speak with faith and command in authority, mountains move! Your sickness will leave by the power of Jesus Name!
Jesus is ready to help
Absolutely nothing is impossible
All things are possible when you believe. Dream the dreams of the impossible, get a vision of the God of the impossible, who can do what no man can do. Through Christ you can do all things! There is no sickness He cannot heal; no condition too difficult that God cannot solve. He is a wonder-working God!
By faith we believe
Blessed are those who believe
Blessed are those who believe; though you do not see Him, you trust Jesus, and rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy. Even though you can't see Jesus, even though you can't touch Him, you can talk to Him through prayer. Jesus is as close to you as the words on your lips. Jesus said, 'Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed' - there is a blessing upon those who believe.
Alive with Power
Do you believe God can work a miracle in your life? All you have to do is say ‘Yes’ to His Will. But there is a big difference between knowing in your head and knowing in your heart. You cannot trust somebody you do not know. I want you to know in whom you have believed - and then God can work the miracle. ‘And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, He will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.’ (Romans 8.11, NLT)
As you have believed
Our God answers prayer - and He works miracles. I have seen every kind of miracle you can imagine: people born blind, God opens their eyes; broken backs are mended; cancers are healed; cripples get out of wheelchairs. - I’ve seen miracles that are not healing: financial provision; my own miraculous release from prison, and many others besides. I know these miracles will happen when I pray; I don’t have any question about it. It’s no different from knowing that every morning the sun will get out of bed and show itself at my window. God works miracles every day - but it’s for us to believe that He can, and will, in our lives. - It is in accordance to our faith.
